A proportional–integral–derivative controller
(PID controller) is a generic control loop feedback mechanism (controller)
widely used in industrial control systems. A PID is the most commonly used
feedback controller. This controller calculates an "error" value
as the difference between a measured process variable and a desired
setpoint. The controller attempts to minimize the error by adjusting the
process control inputs.
We manufacture IM2700 series temperature
controllers, which are micro-controller based highly versatile controllers
available with control algorithm as on / off, proportional, PI or PID to
choose from depending on process requirement. Control parameters are user
configurable on site.
Various options like independent heat / cool relay output, input from
sources like RTD, thermocouple or 4-20 mA etc are also available.
